Wholes grading machine separates 3 or 5 different grades of wholes and piece grading machine separates four different grades of broken nuts.

Small broken pieces are further separated by means of a standard sieves mechanically; these sieves are as per the standard guidelines from Cashew Export Promotion council of India, which is an accepted norm in international kernel trade.

We provide fully integrated grading solution with color sorters, thereby a completely automatic cashew grading system.

Muskaan automatic shelling machines are carefully designed to reduce broken percentage. Shelling is designed based on stationary raw cashew nut and a simultaneous vertical and axial movement of blades.
Our Automatic shelling machine performs best with pre calibrated raw nuts, with proper adjustment of gap in between the blades for each size of RCN, broken percentage and uncut percentage reduce to a bare minimum level.

Since feeding and splitting is almost automatic, human contact with shells is minimum, thereby minimizing skin rashes and problems due to contact of skin with CNSL.

Graded Raw Cashews are cooked with Live steam for about 20 minutes. Cooking pressure and cooking timing are carefully controlled with auto controls.

Many variants are available with different degree of automation and capacities.

All these additional attachment are very according to need based and the batch size, extension of mechanization and space availability.
